Ruqaq with minced beef

The filling for this recipe is called Aasaag, and is often used in other recipes.

1 large onion
chop finely or grate the onion
25 g butter
melt the butter in a pan
fry the onion gently until it is transparent
500 g minced beef
add the minced beef
cook gently for 10 minutes
season to taste
6 sheets ruqaq
beef stock
butter a baking pan
dip a sheet of ruqaq in stock and put in the baking pan
brush with butter
dip another sheet of ruqaq in stock and put into the pan
repeat for one more layer
put the beef and onion into the pan
apply three more layers of soaked ruqaq and butter
cook slowly on the stove for 10 minutes, until the ruqaq is brown
Carefully turn it over
cook the other side for 10 minutes
