Shakshuka - Eggs In Tomato Sauce

Serves 4

Preheat the oven to 160C
1 large Onion
2 large Garlic cloves
500 g Tomatoes
2 g Hot chilli peppers
Slice onion and garlic
Chop the tomatoes and chillis
2 tbsp Ghee
Heat the ghee in a pan
Saute in ghee until yellow
Add, chillis and tomatoes, stirring until half cooked
1/2 Cup Water
Add water, salt and pepper
Put into baking dish
6 Eggs
1 tbsp Parsley
Make six hollows and break an egg into each hollow
Bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes
Garnish with parsley
