Turkish yogurt cake

Serves 6

4 Eggs
100 g caster sugar
Heat the oven to 180C
Grease a 23cm diameter baking tin
Separate the eggs
Cream the sugar and egg yolks
75 g flour
1 lemon
400 g greek yogurt
Add the flour and yogurt
add the grated lemon rind and juice
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Fold into the yogurt mixture
Put into baking tin
Cook for 50-60 minutes
